Shetu boasts a membership development program, along with providing various training programs such as I Speak Banglish, training on Civic Engagement etc. Shetu also organizes community engagement events, such as Pohela Boishakh commemorating the Bengali New Year Celebration, Ekushey February commemorating International Mother Language Day among many other events.
