On Saturday, January 18th as part of Asian Pacific American Complete Count Committee, Shetu took the initiative to educate and train the South Asian Community members in reaching out to the hard to count population of our community and why it is important to participate in the Census 2o20. We had around 200 community leaders, organizers, and volunteers from all over NYC come out. We also released in-language posters and fact sheets in Bengali, Chinese, Hindi, Korean, Nepali, and Urdu.
